Health and Safety

We want to make sure everyone goes home safe and well at the end of the day so had an independent health and safety audit this week. Very useful exercise and some areas we can improve upon so thats good.

Customer feedback

We are always trying to improve the service we offer to our customers, were are using the Net Promoter Score system to gather feedback. Even where feedback may be critical its important to us to learn from that and try and improve.

New ways of working……..

As we look beyond the pandemic we think that a mix of office and home working will help improve our service and also improve our work / life balance. We also plan to move to a smaller office and further reduce our carbon footprint.
