Regeneration is not easy!

We have worked on several regeneration studies, each of which represents unique challenges, and are currently remain involved with a number of studies which are all progressing at different speeds.

Our approach is not based on “just demolish the old flats and build some new timber kits” – regeneration is a complex process, which demands that we take account of social, physical, economic and entrepreneurial factors to see how an area can take itself forward.

People are the single biggest asset in any regeneration project – we always try to engage the community, in all its different guises, in regeneration projects we are involved in.
