BSc (Town and Regional Planning), Dip Housing with Distinction, Dip Surveying with Distinction, MRICS.

David is the founding Director of F3, and a chartered building surveyor who is also qualified in housing and town planning.

During his early career he worked in a variety of roles within Edinburgh Council and Scottish Homes. After a successful spell with East Lothian Council he made the switch to private practice with a large surveying practice in Scotland where he was able to broaden his experience to other construction sectors.

David established F3 Building Surveyors in early 2003.
