The successful rehabilitation of buildings is about combining our experience of old buildings with making sure that the owners feel part of the process.

We act on behalf of the owners of a building – tenement, cottage, four in a block, any type in fact – and take care of all the surveying, design, dealing with contractors, arranging grants and co-ordinating the project with the Council.
